Set-up information


Please provide IDP Metadata if your institution is not associated with a Federation, but you wish to implement Shibboleth.


You can access the Clarivate SP Metadata file @ http://ips.clarivate.com/m/xml/SP-Metadata.xml.  If previously installed, a refresh of our SP Metadata may be required to complete the Shibboleth setup for InCites.


NOTE: Please notify Clarivate if your entityID information changes to avoid an interruption in access to InCites. This information is used to uniquely identify and update your institution's Shibboleth information in our system.

** If the scope or value fields are blank, check this checkbox to indicate if an empty string should be sent, such as scope = "". Otherwise blank fields will be ignored.



The SAML response must include an attribute called email, which contains the user's email address.
